In an unprecedented event, the Northeastern Conference Headquarters was host to The Abundant Living Evangelistic Series, led by Dr. Oswald Euell, NEC Executive Secretary and assisted by Pastor Winston Stephenson, NEC Assistant to the President for Evangelism and the NEC Queens Churches and Pastors. The evangelistic series was 4 weeks long, from July 14-August 10, 2019. The evangelistic series was filled with soul-stirring music, inspirational health messages, dynamic preaching and wonderful fellowship. Each service brought visitors not only from the local churches, but the Jamaica Queens neighborhood as well. The manager of the local Rite-Aide was a frequent visitor who stated that he enjoyed the services very much. With the assistance of the local churches and the Bible Workers, 105 souls were baptized and a new mission was formed – The City SDA Mission.
